I want to share how to be a healthy foodie.

우리의 건강과 직결되는 음식이기에 음식에 대한 정보 하나하나가 사람들의 촉각을 곤두세우고 있습니다. 이중에는 사실도 있지만 여러 이슈를 일으키기 위해 과장이 없지 않아 있습니다. 식품영양학과 학생으로서 제가 아는 한 식품에 대한 올바른 정보를 공유하고 싶고 나아가 모두가 건강하고 건강한 식도락가가 될 수 있기를 바랍니다.

As food and health are getting the eye from many people, we live in a flood of information and knowledge of food. However, some information is right but some is wrong or still has been controvertible. In this context, I want to share all about food as much as I can just as a university student majoring in food and nutrition and wanting to help you know right information and be healthy. Let's eat delicious and healthy with right information and knowledge!
